The CANDA Management software is a piece of local software that allows the user to perform the day to day tasks whilst working at CANDA Systems. In short it is the management system for the entire company, ranging from IT support to Scaffold Alarm enquiries.
The system is integrated into the domain controller via an Active Directory API system, meaning all events are recorded against the user logged in to the machine. The system also ties into the Microsoft Lync phone system, meaning as soon as a call is answer the software detects who it is and opens the relevant form showing detailed customer information and current outstanding jobs.
